57 mm vs 80 mm – Width Matters

The width of the roll must exactly match your device. 57 mm rolls are used in most payment terminals (Verifone, Ingenico, PAX), mobile POS printers (Zebra ZQ series, Bixolon SPP-R series), some ATMs, and compact cash registers. Typical length: 18-30 m. 80 mm rolls are the standard for desktop cash registers (Casio, Sharp, Toshiba), POS receipt printers (Epson TM-T20, Star TSP143, Bixolon SRP), and restaurant terminals. Typical length: 60-80 m. Less common widths include 44 mm (legacy cash registers), 76 mm (specific printer models), and 112 mm (label printers for retail scales). BPA-Free and Food Safety

Paper Quality: ECO vs TOP

We offer two quality tiers. ECO thermal paper (48-55 g/m²) is the standard choice - print legibility 3-5 years in office conditions, most economical. Ideal for receipt rolls in stores, restaurants, and taxis. TOP thermal paper (55-62 g/m²) has an additional protective top coat - print legibility 7-10 years, resistance to moisture, oils, and UV. Recommended for accounting documents, receipts requiring long-term archival, and terminals in harsh conditions (gas stations, outdoor parking meters, EV chargers). TOP paper is also preferred by B2B services where receipts serve as tax documents and must be preserved for years.
