FedEx: 100×150 mm or 100×200 mm for International Express; includes FedEx tracking barcode and handling codes. GLS: 100×150 mm with GLS-code barcode and routing labels. InPost (Poland): 100×150 mm with InPost tracking number; Paczkomat QR code for parcel lockers. Poczta Polska: 100×150 mm with RPO (Registered Parcel Override) barcode. Direct Thermal vs Thermal Transfer for Shipping

For standard e-commerce shipping (delivery time 1-7 days), direct thermal paper (ECO grade) is the ideal choice - no ribbon required, low cost, fast printing. Print legibility exceeds delivery time by a wide margin. For international shipments with transit time 2-4 weeks (especially maritime freight), TOP thermal paper with a protective coating is recommended - it withstands moisture, UV exposure, and temperature variations during transport. For pharmaceutical cold chain or frozen goods, PP film with thermal transfer print (resin ribbon) is essential - it survives the entire cold chain from -20°C freezer to ambient delivery.
